Starting from £333 / Day

In a typical day, we'll come together for 2-3 hours to discuss one priority challenge or opportunity area that we identified in the Step Back Session (e.g. being overloaded with admin, or not knowing how to get started with a new marketing channel).
 
Using tailored frameworks, I'll help you first structure the challenge into a measurable goal, and then apply your creativity to putting together an action plan to achieve it. Finally, we'll agree which actions are best suited for me to pick up as your teammate, so you can stay focused on what you do best. 

I will then spend the rest of the day getting on with those actions (i.e. reviewing the data, building the spreadsheet, drafting the language etc.).
 
This approach ensures the highest level of energy and focus from us both when we're together, and gives you time to crack on with business-as-usual when we split up.
