The wonderful thing about a 3D flower veil is that the detailing creates exquisite texture. It's whimsy and intricate, often incorporating complementary elements like pearls or subtle sparkle.
With its organic feel, this style lends itself to a bride who is looking for something more relaxed and unstructured, whose wedding is outdoors or more modern in style.
When considering the amount of detailing, it's essential that it balances with the dress. This is both in size and the placement of the individual flowers. Florals towards the top of your veil should always be more delicate, particularly when the bodice of the dress is more heavily detailed. When it comes to the floral motifs themselves, there are two main shape styles - round and pointed flowers - and tying these in with the dress detailing is a key part to ensure a cohesive look.

Named after our founder, this veil with 3D flowers was created by Sophie for her own wedding in 2022. This veil is created by hand cutting individual flowers which are arranged, pinned and lovingly stitched. The centre of each flower is accented with a pearl to elevate the detailed close up look.

CHOOSING YOUR VEIL LENGTH
This veil is available in any length. For this design, we recommend having your veil at least 50cm longer than your train. To get your perfect length, get in touch and we will liaise with your dress shop directly and confirm the train length and colour, to ensure the veil perfectly complements your dress.

All our veils are packaged with care and delivered in their own luxury presentation box, via insured Special Delivery (UK) or insured courier (International).
We highly recommend ordering a hanging bag and clip for safe and easy storage once you've taken your veil out of its presentation box.
This veil is available to try on at our studio in Oxfordshire via pre-booked appointment only.
RETURNS
We hope your veil will be perfect for you. However, if you would like to return a piece, you can do so within 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered. Please note that we do not offer free returns. For our returns address, get in touch via our Contact page. To qualify for a refund, you should ensure the item is returned in original, undamaged condition in the packaging provided. We strongly recommend returning via an insured service to prevent loss. 3D FLOWER VEIL & DRESS INSPIRATION
Because of the level of detail on my dress, I had thought that I’d go for a plain veil. However, I couldn’t stop thinking about Sophie’s stunning veil. Sophie brainstormed different ideas with me, and we eventually agreed on a Semi-Bespoke version of her Sophie veil with fewer flowers to complement both my dress and my budget. Sophie liaised directly with my dress shop to ensure that my veil was the perfect length.
The veil was absolutely spectacular - it really was everything I hoped for and more. Clearly so much care and love had gone into its creation and I felt so lucky wearing it on the day. It’s something that I will keep forever and hopefully one of my loved ones will wear it again in the future.
Sophie and Prash were brilliant to work with from start to finish. They were so friendly, super responsive, and made it such a wonderful process. The last couple of months of wedding planning are always stressful, but this was one aspect of planning that I loved.
I can’t recommend getting a veil from Sophie Raval more highly.
